What size turkey do you buy?
We recommend allowing at least 2 pounds of turkey per person. This will provide plenty of turkey for dinner as well as leftovers. Keep in mind the size or free space you will have in the oven, and don't forget there is nothing better than a cold tukey sandwich later.
