is a wholesale provider of chicken, turkey, pork, beef, lamb, veal, eggs,
deli and retail food service. It is one of only a few West coast meat
suppliers that is HACCP
and USDA approved, and has an on site
inspector. Founded in 1938, the Plymouth Poultry Company is a second
generation privately owned company. The company uses state of the art
equipment and techniques in order to produce the highest quality products.
All products are kept under refrigeration from the moment they are
delivered. Plymouth Poultry uses electronic data interchange (EDI) which is
the computer-to-computer exchange of business documents between companies,
allowing us the ability to reduce the volume of paperwork and its
processing. This enables us to process orders faster and more efficiently.
