How to become a customer

We would be happy to develop a business relationship with you and invite you to arrange a facility tour so that we can learn more about your current food supply needs and you can get to know our family and staff members.

In order to set up your account, we will need you to fill out and sign our credit agreement form. We will need your original signature on file, so for your convenience a .pdf version is available. Please fax this completed form to (206) 676-6356. We will contact you upon receipt of your credit application, and look forward to working with you.
